Work highlights
- Advising Mitsui on its exit from PT Paiton Energy, Indonesia’s largest power project, with 2,045MW of operational capacity, servicing the Java-Bali grid.
- Advising on the financing aspects, of (1) all of Electricity Generating Public Company Limited’s (Thailand’s first independent power producer) and (2) half of Mitsubishi Corporation’s minority stakes in Star’s underlying geothermal assets in Pangalengan, Sukabumi and Garut (all based in Indonesia) (the “Project”).
