Work highlights

  • Advised the lenders on a US$2.17 billion ECA financing of land development works for the first implementation phase of a new international airport to be developed near Manila in the Philippines.
  • Advised Actis, a global investor in sustainable infrastructure, on the acquisition of a stake in a 220MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power plant located in Bangladesh from Indian company Shapoorji Pallonji Group; the firm also advised on the refinancing of the project.
  • Assisted the export credit agencies and lenders with the project financing of the Pengerang Energy Complex, a greenfield integrated condensate splitter and aromatics complex.
