A&O Shearman

A&O Shearman has three distinct focuses in the banking space: advice on domestic issues, advice on banking and finance transactions acorss the CEE region and beyond, and advice to financial institutions, corporate insurers and arrangers on local and international capital markets deals. Attila Csongrády acts as head of the English law banking practice and has experience assisting with leveraged and non-leveraged acquisition finance, project finance and real estate finance. Peter Jedinák acts as the co-head of the Slovak debt capital market and regulatory group, while Matúš Kudlák acts as the co-head of the Slovak loan and restructuring group; Renátus Kollár acts as the other co-head, straddling both groups. Peter Redo, Petra Dzubáková and Ján Deset are also key names to note.
