Head of the employment and labour law team Adam Hodoň combines his expertise in cross-border acquisitions to advise on the impact it has on employees, while in employment disputes, Roman Oleksik represents clients in issues relating to white collar crime and day-to-day counselling on all aspects of Slovak labour law. In business restructurings, Matúš Kočíšek and Lívia Miklenčičová are skilled in advising employers on restructurings and its impact, including transfers of an enterprise and mass dismissals. Pavol Rak joined from Noerr in September 2024.
