Dentons is involved in the majority of the major real estate transactions on the market in Slovakia, regularly advising both buyers and sellers, as well as financing banks. The firm also has deep experience in real estate and construction dispute resolution. A diverse client portfolio across Slovakia and the CEE region, including real estate investors, developers, and financing institutions, instructs the group. Martin Mendel and Jiří Stržínek jointly head up the real estate practice. Managing partner Peter Kubina regularly assists with leasing issues. Juraj Gyárfáš and Katarína Pecnová are likewise noted. Since publication, Drahomír Široký has arrived from A&O Shearman to join the team.
