Recent deal highlights include acting for the shareholders of Resourcing Solutions Limited on the disposal to Matchtech PLC, advising the management team of Sabio Limited on the £50 million MBO backed by Lyceum Capital Partners and advising the UK subsidiary of the Celli Group on its acquisition of Angram Limited.
