Irwin Mitchell
Irwin Mitchell’s Gatwick-based employment practice regularly advises on litigation, IR35 issues and restrictive covenants across a range of sectors including the financial services and retail industries. The firm has recently expanded its work with a number of new clients in the education sector, offering advice on industrial relations as well as holiday pay and entitlement matters. The team is headed by English and German dual-qualified lawyer Sybille Steiner, who splits her time between London, Gatwick and Southampton and has experience advising UK-based and international businesses in the manufacturing and retail sectors. Charlotte Sloan joined Birketts LLP in June 2023.
