Craig Bowers heads up the practice with his broad experience in acting for borrowers, while Julie Hughes predominantly handles acquisition financing matters for borrowers in the real estate sector. Victoria Symons is particularly experienced in advising family offices and high-net-worth individuals on collective investment schemes, asset backed lending work, and collective investment schemes. The highly experienced Nicholas Fisher joined the team in April 2022. In early 2024, the firm merged with Horsham-based firm PDT Solicitors, which added the expertise of Noel Ruddy and Dawn Shadwell to the practice.
