Work highlights

  • Achieved an eight-figure settlement for a child who suffered TB meningitis and an acquired brain injury as a result of a failure in the contact tracing system.
  • Successfully concluded claim against a private surgeon who refused to admit liability for substandard mastectomy surgery and substandard follow-up care, and only entered into settlement negotiations shortly before trial following joint experts’ meetings in which the experts for the Claimant demonstrated the strength of the claim.
  • Representing the Claimant in this claim concerning negligent failings which resulted in a 10 year delay in diagnosis and treatment of an adrenal growth, and has proactively secured early comprehensive admissions of liability.
