  • Negotiated settlement of £300,000 for a man whose wife died as a result of an undiagnosed pulmonary embolism following a routine hip replacement.
  • Negotiated settlement of £850,000 for a man whose wife was negligently discharged from A&E and subsequently died of an aortic dissection. The claimant found her dead next to him in the morning. He had cerebral palsy and was heavily dependent upon his wife.
  • Negotiated settlement of £1,150,000 for a man who was negligently discharged from hospital following a fractured leg. He went on to develop compartment syndrome and required fasciotomy and a knee amputation.
