The department is jointly headed by Elena Nicolaou and Carey Jacobs. Nicolaou is recommended for her expertise in development and recreational matters, and Jacobs regularly advises on insolvency-related property issues, multi-property refinance work, and commercial property contracts. Shweta Shinde joined the firm in July 2023 and handles an array of property transactions, while Jemmar Attfield arrived in November 2023 from Paul Robinson Solicitors LLP, and excels in development-related finance mandates.
