The Southampton based team at Foot Anstey is co-headed by Tim Wheen and Carol Phillips. Specialising in property development, Wheen regularly advises housebuilders on the acquisitions and disposals of residential development schemes, and Phillips is skilled in handling matters within the retail and leisure sectors. The Hampshire practice is also supported by Mark Li and Philip Brown in Bristol. Brown joined the firm in May 2023 from Clarke Willmott LLP.
