Jonathan acts for developers, employers, contractors and sub-contractors. This is predominantly in relation to technically complex construction or engineering disputes. Jonathan is very experienced in all forms of dispute resolution. He has particular recent experience in the energy, transport, waste and water sectors; and in respect of disputes resolved by mediation, adjudication and litigation.
