Alice Gardner’s cross-border expertise sees her advising on international deals, most recently for clients in the banking sector, while Nina Searle spearheads the team’s digital offering, acting for both corporates and financial services companies. Philip Barratt, who joined the firm from Capital Law Limited in January 2022, specialises in private equity M&A – advising houses and their portfolio companies on transactions across a range of industries.
