- Acted on the sale of a dairy farm, bungalow and cabin and surrounding 277 acres of land, including sale of equipment and livestock. This included dealing with application for first registration pre-sale.
- Acted for Ms H in a claim against the £4.8 million estate of her late unmarried partner, out of which the primary asset was the farm, and negotiating a settlement.
