Under the leadership of Debbie Gale, the private client team at TLT is very active in trusteeship matters, advising on the creation and administration of a large portfolio of family and charitable trusts often involving multi-jurisdictional business and property holdings. Tax advice in connection with high-value charitable donations and gifts represents another cornerstone of the practice, as does mental capacity work through the Court of Protection, for which Sarah Pitman serves as a key contact. Former practice co-head Claire Johnson left the firm in July 2023.
