Work highlights

  • Advised SWGfL (operators of the Revenge Porn Helpline) in relation to the development of a standalone platform, in partnership with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), which will be a central hub for victims to report harmful, abusive or inappropriate online content.
  • Instructed by Centek and its US parent company, Madison, to obtain an urgent without notice injunction in 2019 and have since been successful in contempt proceedings and obtained final judgement in the High Court in March 2022.
  • Advising the Forestry Commission in relation to its Camping in the Forest branded business, previously operated as a joint venture alongside The Camping and Caravanning Club.
