- Advised Adient and its Spanish subsidiaries on the issuance of $500m in senior secured notes and $500m in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes to redeem in part its existing senior unsecured notes due in 2024 and to prepay a portion of the loans outstanding under its existing term loan credit facility.
