Uría Menéndez‘s dispute resolution team adopts an interdisciplinary approach, providing insight and advice on civil and commercial proceedings, international and domestic arbitration, as well as administrative, constitutional, and criminal law. The team is under the joint leadership of a capable trio: José Miguel Fatás, who assists with administrative and civil litigation, and arbitration proceedings at the domestic and international level; Gabriel Bottini, who oversees the international arbitration practice; and Javier Garcia Sanz, who is in charge of the litigation group. The team also includes commercial litigation specialist Carles Vendrell; Álvaro López de Argumedo, who is experience in the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards; and Jesús Remón Peñalver, who takes the lead on administrative litigation issues.
