Andersen‘s dispute resolution practice supports clients in arbitration, litigation, and insolvency proceedings, as well as compliance matters. The firm’s focus extends to areas such as shareholders disputes, unfair competition, and product liability, with a particular emphasis on the construction, finance, cybersecurity, and the food and beverages sectors. The team is co-led by Pablo Doñate, a civil and commercial litigation specialist based in Madrid, and Benjamín Prieto from Valencia. Also of note is the firm’s co-managing partner Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre, who regularly represents multinational corporates in both ordinary courts and international arbitration proceedings. The team also features Luis Cortezo, an expert in construction, corporate, and real estate law. Elena Sevila left the firm in December 2023.
