Manuel Lobato is an experienced lawyer at Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property department in the Madrid office. He is recognized for his specialization in Intellectual Property and Pharmaceutical Law. He has acted in several multi-jurisdictional pharmaceutical patent and Supplementary Protection Certificate cases in Spain.
