Advised Elecnor on the €1.8bn sale of its renewable energy subsidiary Enerfín to Norwegian energy company Statkraft.
Advised Interogo Holding on the acquisition of a 49% stake in Bruc Fuentes, a company of the Bruc Energy group with a portfolio of operational and under construction solar photovoltaic projects in Spain, totalling 1,066MW.
