Work highlights
Advised Banco Santander, Intesa San Paolo and BNP Paribas, as Lenders, on a on a €548m facility to Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC – Masdar in relation to the financing of the acquisition from Enel Green Power España S.L.U. of up to 50 per cent stake in a portfolio of solar PV assets with an operating installed capacity of c. 2 GWp.
