Vaciero‘s restructuring and insolvency team has recently been bolstered by the arrival of Beatriz Rua and Eduardo Borrego in February 2023 from KPMG Abogados, Spain, who have experience in advising both national and international clients on commercial litigation, as well as acting as insolvency administrators. The practice provides assistance at all stages of insolvency proceedings, and is led by Ricardo San Marcos de la Torre.
