The team is also proficient in the setting up of investment funds, particularly in the real estate sector, often working on a cross-border basis, leveraging the firm’s international network. Ishtar Sancho is a key member of the team, who has particular expertise in the tax aspects of high-value capital markets and financing transactions. Former practice head Adolfo Zunzunegui left the firm in November 2023.
