With wide-ranging experience which includes handling asset, real estate and project finance work, Johan Häger heads up the team. Veronica Stiller focuses on debt finance issues, especially leveraged, fund and asset-backed financings, while Harem Mahir has acquisition and corporate finance expertise and also regularly advises financial clients and insurance companies in relation to regulatory and derivatives matters; Mahir recently led on several matters involving sustainability-linked credit facilities. Work highlights

Acted as lead legal adviser to Phillip Morris International and its subsidiaries in respect of the bridge facility and subsequent term loan facility arranged by Bank of America Merill Lynch and Citibank for the purpose of the financing of Philip Morris Holland Holdings B.V.'s recommended public cash offer for all shares in Swedish Match AB.
Acted as legal counsel to Swedbank in connection with an amendment and restatement of a SEK8.2bn facility agreement for Bankomat AB with Danske Bank A/S, Handelsbanken Capital Markets, Svenska Handelsbanken AB, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB and Swedbank AB as arrangers.
Advised DBT Capital AB as lead counsel in relation to the amendment and restatement of its EU/UK Securitisation Regulation compliant securitisation warehouse facility with (among others) Natwest Markets N.V. as senior noteholder and Arvo Investment Holdings S.à.r.l. as mezzanine noteholder, which allows lending of up to SEK3.1bn to Swedish SMEs over a 24-month revolving period.
