Björn Svensson’s considerable borrower-side experience covers corporate, leveraged, and asset finance work, while Niclas Rockborn advises banking, asset management, insurance, and fintech clients on financial regulatory issues, including litigation proceedings. Mikael Borg specialises in syndicated bank loans with DCM elements, and Sofie Viktorsson is active in leveraged and investment grade finance matters on both the borrower and lender side. The four partners jointly lead the team, and project finance specialist Mikael Bolling is also a key contact.

Work highlights

Advised Viaplay Group on the amendment and extension of existing bank and bond commitments totalling SEK14.6bn ($1.4bn) in connection with a comprehensive recapitalisation which included an equity capital injection of SEK4bn (approximately $383m).
