With historical strength in acting for borrower side clients, Snellman’s banking and finance team now primarily represents borrowers, including Swedish, Nordic and European banks as well as debt funds and private equity houses. The team has a long-standing presence in the real estate finance sector and more recently has ventured into the sustainable finance space. Managing partner Fredrik Olsson leads the team, with real estate finance, corporate lending, and asset finance expertise. Carolina Wahlby focuses on bank lending issues, acquisition financings, and the financing of public offers, while Maria Orrgard is experienced in leveraged finance work, corporate lending, and securitisations.
