DLA Piper Sweden’s banking and finance team in Stockholm handles both lender and borrower-side mandates, both domestically and pan-Nordic, with particular expertise in real estate, asset and project financings as well as an increasing market share in leveraged and sustainable finance matters. Practice head Carl Schwieler focuses on leveraged and structured finance work and is also well regarded for his private equity and real estate sector expertise.
