Mannheimer Swartling’s experienced and comprehensive Stockholm-based capital markets practice handles a wide range of matters, including IPOs, rights issuances, high-yield and investment-grade bonds, private placements, sustainability-linked bonds, regulatory capital issuances, and securitisation work. The department is split into dedicated debt and equity teams, led by Patrik Marcelius and Thomas Pettersson respectively. Daniel Karlsson specialises in high-yield and investment-grade bonds, domestic and international funding programmes, and sustainable capital markets products. Emil Boström regularly advises leading private equity houses on ECM matters, while Gustav Glimblad has experience representing arrangers, issuers, and other stakeholders on a broad spectrum of issues. Nina Svensson departed the firm in February 2023.
