With 20 years of experience representing private equity sponsors and corporates, Claes Kjellberg heads the private M&A team. Mattias Friberg, who regularly assists industrials, financial institutions, and private equity sponsors, leads on corporate and public M&A matters. Ola Åhman specialises in distressed situations, while Mikael Klang and Johanna Wärnberg focus on private equity transactions.
