Jennie Nilsson specializes in Data Privacy and Information Security. She heads DLA Piper's Digital, Data & Cyber practice group in Sweden. Before joining DLA Piper, she was the head of Data Privacy at another international law firm in Stockholm, and served as an in-house legal counsel at an international audit and consultancy firm. She has also served as a law clerk. Jennie provides advice relating to all GDPR/privacy and information security-related matters, such as data transfer arrangements, personal data breaches, cross-border data privacy compliance projects, patient data considerations, advertising/marketing, the NIS Directive and AI/Data Governance.
