Roschier’s dispute resolution practice continues to act for high-profile individual and corporate clients in connection with a wide range of disputes, including in relation to attempts to leave the Russian market following the onset of the Ukraine war. Johan Sidklev leads the Stockholm-based team, and Shirin Saif handles commercial arbitration and litigation matters, specialising in disputes involving Russia and the CIS countries, including investment treaty arbitrations; she also has particular experience in cases in the telecoms and automotive sectors. Carl Persson focuses on disputes arising out of M&A transactions as well as director and auditor liability and white-collar crime claims.
