Work highlights

  • Representing Tryg Forsikring A/S in extensive litigation (Stockholm District Court) concerning coverage under a global liability master insurance policy, for which Trygg-Hansa is first excess insurer with limit of liability of SEK250m in excess of SEK250m per triggered policy year, for numerous product liability disputes in the US.
  • Representing Zurich Insurance in an insurance litigation concerning the regulation of insurance compensation as a result of a fire in a large property located in Stockholm's inner city. The claim amounts to approximately SEK220m.
  • Representing Billerudkorsnäs AB against its insurer regarding claims for insurance compensation as a result of downtime in production.
