Stockholm and Gothenburg-based Pia Pehrson, who has considerable experience in the mining, infrastructure and energy industries, leads the practice. Work highlights

  • Advising RWE Renewable (Sweden) on its permit applications under the Environmental Code, Continental Shelf Act and the Swedish Exclusive Economic Zone Act for two offshore wind farms in the waters south of Sweden, especially the project Södra Victoria at Södra Midsjöbanken including 100 wind turbines.
  • Representing LKAB in a permit process under Chapters 9 and 11 of the Environmental Code in a matter regarding a circular industrial park which comprises, among other things, several chemical industries (IED and Seveso plants) and several water industry operations.
  • Advising Eolus on the process of a new investment for an offshore wind power project with the construction of up to 70 wind turbines in Hanöbukten within the municipalities of Sölvesborg and Karlshamn.
