Roschier’s EU and competition practice is highly experienced in a wide range of matters, including EU phase I and II mergers, abuse of dominance cases, and cartel investigations. Recent highlights for the group include advising a Nordic energy company in connection with complaints concerning alleged abuse of dominant position in the district heating market. Practice head Kristian Hugmark has considerable experience in a wide range of sectors, including the media, retail, food and beverages, insurance, pharma and telecoms industries. Emma Johansson’s practice covers merger and FDI control work as well as antitrust investigations and litigation, while senior associate Jacob Giesecke is noted particularly for his expertise in the new FDI regime.
