Fabian Ekeblad in Stockholm has considerable experience handling compulsory liquidations, bond and loan restructurings, and distressed transactions, while Gothenburg’s Morgan Hallén has 30 years of experience acting as a bankruptcy trustee as well as advising on winding-up procedures, voluntary reconstructions and liquidations, and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. The two partners lead the nationwide group alongside Malmö and Helsingborg-based Henrik Ossborn. Albert Wållgren has a strong track record in debt restructuring and financial workouts, including in the energy sector, and Anna Palmérus is also a key contact.
