Roschier

Roschier is active in mandates across the Nordics and beyond, with a client list which includes investors, real estate funds, and developers. The group is highly active in the logistics sector, advising on acquisitions and disposals of a range of properties and portfolios. Marcus Hedén, an expert in M&A and real estate finance work, leads the team alongside Lisa Hybbinette, who covers real estate transactions, joint ventures, and development projects. Chrissa Karambotis has recently been particularly active in the logistics sector, Carl Svensson advises funds and private equity clients, and Malou Scherlin Kovacs contributes additional strength in development projects. Emil Samuelsson and Lilian Vo are further names to note; Vo joined from AG Advokat in August 2024.
