Partner Patric has worked with real estate-related investments, transactions, projects and joint ventures for more than 20 years. He has been involved in several of the largest and most complex and high-profile projects in these areas. Many of the projects he works on have an international dimension. In his day-to-day work Patric also assists clients in real estate matters related to investments such as land parceling, negotiations regarding lease agreements, environmental matters, development agreements, property related disputes, usufruct and easement matters. Senior Associate Anders Frick works and has a leading role in Setterwalls’ Real Estate team. Anders is specialized in real estate, particularly real estate transactions, property development, lettings, property financing, joint ventures and fund establishment. He has been involved in many Swedish and international transactions with multinational companies, banks and private Swedish companies as clients. Real Estate and infrastructure interests him very much and he has since 2006 gained valuable experience and knowledge from working in the real estate sector.

Partner Magnus primarily focuses his practice on assisting domestic and international clients within real estate transactions, joint ventures, housing projects and real estate law in general. He has vast experience from complex transactions, co-owned projects and shareholder negotiations. Furthermore, Magnus has assisted clients in some of the largest real estate projects that have been executed in Sweden during the last ten years. Acting as lead counsel in cross border transactions and within the field of fund investments is one of his expert areas. He also advises clients on matters in relation to listings or de-listings of real property companies on the stock exchange. Furthermore, Magnus assists clients in land parcellings, negotiations regarding lease agreements, environmental matters, development agreements, property related disputes, usufruct and easement matters.
