With a strong presence across the financial services, chemical, and TMT sectors, Lenz & Staehelin acts for a consortium of clients in relation to public takeovers, private transactions, and venture capital mandates, among other matters, and is well regarded for being a team of ‘creative and commercially minded problem solvers’.
