Focusing on EMEA, the CEE/CIS region and Latin America, Archipel‘s ’dynamic’ arbitration practice incorporates considerable cross-border expertise to provide arbitration advice in a commercial, sport and investment setting. The team is notably active across commodities, telecoms and engineering sectors, to name a few. Co-lead Guillaume Tattevin is active across a range of cross-border disputes, while fellow co-lead and ‘genuine expert’ Giulio Palermo is regularly retained by clients for mandates involving disputes arising from transnational sales contracts, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements.
