Acted as Lead Counsel to Credit Suisse on the merger with UBS.
Advised Gastro Zürich, the association of all gastronomy and hotel industry in the canton of Zürich, regarding three executives who allegedly spent hundreds of thousands of francs for private purposes, in particular Walder Wyss conducted the relevant internal investigation and is representing Gastro Zürich in the ongoing civil and criminal proceedings against the executives.
Acts as Uber’s Swiss outside counsel with respect to a range of employment law, labour law, social security law, immigration law and other HR matters in Switzerland, and is representing Uber in the ongoing lawsuits.
