MME Legal | Tax | Compliance represents employers and employees in court and arbitration proceedings, as well as advising on the full range of employment law matters, including operational restructuring, internal investigations, and compensation plans. The team is co-headed by the ‘skillful, friendly, and highly professional’ Michèle Stutz and the ’knowledgeable, responsive, and collaborative employment expert’ Martina Aepli. Raphael Brunner has expertise in internal investigations whilst Alexandra Geiger, Alex Enzler, and Manuela Fuchs advise clients in connection with terminations and the negotiation of termination agreements. Roman Cincelli joined the firm from in-house in February 2023.
