MLL Legal’s practice group has extensive experience in the production and distribution of a range of regulated products, including pharmaceuticals, medical products, tobacco and cosmetics. The team regularly advises and represents clients on all public procurement matters. The team is co-headed by Simon Holzer, who has extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, and Michael Reinle, who advises clients in the software, IT, and telecoms industries. Kilian Schärli has a special focus on blockchain pharmaceutical use cases and transactions in the life sciences sector. Daniel Donauer, who was promoted to senior associate in 2023, has expertise in the implementation and regulation of cosmetics, alcohol, tobacco and therapeutic products.

Michael Reinle is a member of the firm’s digital, data privacy & e-commerce as well as the technology, media and telecommunication groups. He focuses on data protection and IT-technology law. He also has broad experience in regulatory matters concerning foodstuff, consumer goods, and medicinal products.
