Bonnard Lawson

Bonnard Lawson represents athletes, clubs and sports federations in sports disputes before CAS, as well as in proceedings before the adjudicatory bodies of various international sports federations. The team also supports clients with the drafting and negotiation of sports contracts, governance and regulatory issues, and enforcement proceedings. Practice head Fabrice Robert-Tissot has extensive experience in sports disputes. Sumin Jo  has a special focus on cross-border litigation whilst Patrick Pithon has extensive expertise in the e-sports sector.
