Practice head Giulio Palermo, who regularly acts as arbitrator at the CAS, is also a member of the Sport Resolutions’ International Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators and an arbitrator of the European Handball Court of Arbitration. As UEFA Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector, he represents UEFA in proceedings before the latter’s internal disciplinary and appeal bodies.
