VISCHER
VISCHER‘s growing team advises banks, insurance companies, corporations, and large pharmaceutical companies on domestic and international tax planning, as well as the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. The group also handles tax litigation, VAT, and capital markets and corporate finance matters. Basel team head Nadia Tarolli Schmidt handles international employment tax and social security matters. The Zurich team is co-headed by VAT specialist and deputy judge Tobias F. Rohner and Christoph Niederer, who leads on complex international financing and M&A transactions, as well as transfer pricing matters. At the associate level Adrian Briner, Beatrice Leistner, Patrik Fisch, and Nora Heuberger are names to note.
