VISCHER supports companies and public institutions with cloud migration projects, specifically when relating to sensitive data and applications, regulatory solutions for streaming media and entertainment content, and licensing agreements. The team is co-headed by Rolf Auf Der Maur, who advises domestic and international companies on TMT-related matters, especially regarding digitalisation and online businesses, and David Rosenthal, who has broad experience in advising and representing national and multinational clients in the areas of data protection, technology law, eDiscovery, and technology arbitration. Christian Wyss handles collaborations and joint ventures, and has extensive experience with technology transfer and licensing as well as technology-related issues in M&A deals.
