The two have recently led a team representing major electronic component manufacturer, Yageo Corporation, in a pre-merger notification before the FTC in relation to its acquisition of Hudson Holdco France, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric Industries. Jen is also an experienced merger control and cartel specialist, skilled at preparing leniency applications for clients under investigation by Taiwan’s antitrust regulator.
