- Represented Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited ("MTC") as borrower in its financing transaction of JYP and USD loans with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch, Japan International Cooperation Agency and State Bank of India Tokyo Branch as lenders.
